EMPLOYER RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Demand Letter clearly specifying all the terms of employment.
  2. Power of Attorney or notarized demand letter.
  3. Copy of the Commercial Registration (CR) of the Saudi employer company.
  4. Copy of the Visa Payment Slip (Amar Teehsil) Gulf and Europe.
  5. Copy of the Sponsor’s Identity Card (Tabiyaa).

NOTE:

Number 2, 3, 4 and 5 should be attested by the Chamber of Commerce, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Employers Country as required per the prevailing immigration rules.

PREMISSION FROM THE PROTECTOR OF EMIGRANTS

The documents received from the Employer are then submitted to the protector of Emigrants (Government of Pakistan) for necessary registration and permissions.

PRESS ADVERTISMENTS

After Confirmation of this permission, Job facilities are advertised in widely circulated daily newspapers, without this vacancies cannot even be advertised.

INITIAL SCREENING

Initial Screening & short listing is done by Inbridge HR Office and with client HR team if required.

SELECTION

Selection is done asper technical requirement & instruction of our valuable clients. Client delegation is also entertained and facility is provided to make interview/selection of the candidate.
