GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

. Period of Contract minimum One Year

. Probation Period 60 days or as per labor law of the host country.

Daily working hours eight (8) hours per day, maximum12 hours per day with additional 4 hour paid as overtime

  • Weekly working six (6) or five (5) days per week as per nature of work.
  • Weekly Rest at least one day per week.

. Rate of overtime as per labor law of the host country or minimum 1.50 times of basic salary per hour.

  • Accommodation to be provided free of cost (bachelor/family) by the employer or Percentage of basic to be paid on house rent.

Messing facilities free food or 25% of basic pay to be paid in lieu of free food for skilled, semi- skilled and unskilled workers. This provision of free food is not applicable to all countries and varies from client to client.

  • Medical Facilities to be provided free by the Employer.
  • Transportation is to be provided by the Employer from residence to work place or compensation in lieu of transportation

Economy class air ticket from place of hire to employment to be provided

On signing & expiry of contract.

  • Earned leave(s) per year as per labor law of the host country.
  • Sick leaves per year as per labor law of the host country

Social security/ insurance employment to be covered at the cost of the employer according to the labor law.
